My role as Business Sales Manager means everything top level comes through to me and I filter through to the Managing Director. I support the Managing Director with the day to day business decisions and ensure her direction is followed throughout the company. I also support the Business Development Managers in the field as well as the Training Team. The great thing about my job is it’s so diverse. No two days are the same and I love the fact that I can speak to all the teams, marketing, call centre, training and sales. It’s great to see the big picture come together and everyone’s contribution. Skinbrands is a great place to work, we have a great team who work extremely hard, we do get time to laugh too! Out of work I love to cook, (I’m a stodge cook and a baker!) I don’t do fancy stuff! I also walk my 2 dogs and read (I would love to read more). I also love my holidays abroad in the sun so can’t wait to go somewhere next year – anywhere!

Donna May

Customer Care Manager

My name is Donna and I am the Customer Service and Internal Sales Manager. My role is quite diverse which keeps it interesting and my team also keeps me on my toes. I often consider myself something of a conductor which might also explain why my team is the loudest! We would be considered, by many, to be very different characters; however, we share a passion for excellence when it comes to servicing the needs of our clients as well as helping each other which makes me feel privileged and proud every day. I am fascinated by the stories and science behind the iconic brands we distribute which, for me, is utterly inspirational.⁠ ⁠ Outside of work, I am the often, no sometimes, no occasional proud owner of an eighteen-year-old man/boy and a Patterdale terrier. I seem to run around after both in equal measure. When I do get some quality “me time” I like to cook but I am the world’s worst baker. I also mix a great cocktail and have been known to treat the team to a Sangria but I am what they call a “total lightweight."

With twenty-five years industry experience Aileen is highly qualified in Health and Beauty Therapy, holding a HND as well as professional teaching qualifications. For most of her career Aileen has worked with aesthetic products and treatments, owning her own aesthetic business for more than ten years and setting up one of the first Medispa Clinics in Glasgow. Aileen has now worked as one of Skinbrands' key educators for over a decade and has achieved cult status north of the border!

Nicola Francis

Business Development Manager - Central London, South London

I’m Nicola, BDM for London and parts of the Surrey Area. My role at Skinbrands is so varied and I love that every day is so different. A typical working day for me in 2020 may currently include zoom calls and numerous telephone calls rather than face to face meetings with clients, but supporting my accounts to help build their business and opening new accounts is still my main focus. I work with large Clinics, Doctor led practices and High-end Pharmacies as well as smaller salons which gives me a great insight into the Industry. My background as a salon owner for a number of years, as well as working within sales allows me to look at all aspects when working with new and existing accounts to give balanced and informed advice . I love working with the brands that we distribute and am proud to be able to promote them. Outside of my working life, I enjoy spending time outdoors preferably in sunny climates! My family and friends are so important to me and most of my free time is spent with them in person on the phone. I love watching films, theatre and eating out and am looking forward to getting back into London to do this again soon.

Emma was promoted to Call Centre Team Leader where she leads by example delivery excellent customer service.

Hello my name is Emily and I am an Internal Sales Advisor at Skinbrands I work closely with the Business Development Managers who are out on the road managing their area. I love helping salon owners and therapists with their orders on the phone and giving them my input on which products are great to stock. It's nice to be a point of contact and clients feel they can contact me for anything they need Outside of work I love going to spas, I love anything relaxing so I always find time to go and have a facial or massage.
